First attempt is a success! September 5, 2012

I wanted to start a new health program so naturally, I turned to the internet in search of a health shake that was deemed safe w/ no side effects. I found IdealShape and ordered a couple of tubs. Mind you this was my first attempt at even trying anything close to supplements and such. But I must admit it didnt have a nasty taste at all. I was surprised and within the first couple of weeks, I lost 12 lbs!
