I did heavy research for a great MRS to help with my weight loss. After reading many reviews I decided to try this product. I just purchased the 3 month package Fri 5/31 and did the rush shipping. It was at my door Monday afternoon! Today is the first day trying the product & I already LOVE IT! The chocolate shake is a bit sweet to me (I mixed with 8 oz water). I was surprised how delicious it was (it also mixes very well.. no clumps). After finishing the shake I drank 16 oz of water & I felt tremendously full! I felt relief from hunger for 2 1/2 hours! This is excellent for a first try. I drank 8 more oz of water and it carried me over for an additional hour! I cannot believe how effective this product is! I feel confident that I will have great success with this product!

I recieved this product on March 1, 2012.  Since my first day trying the product, I have lost exactly 6 pounds.  I was 126, and this morning I weighed myself (March 8, 2012) I was 120! Plus, the chocolate shake is extremely filling and delicious.

I ordered the 3 tub value package and it has been fantastic! I have lost 21 lbs in about 6 weeks. (the first week of my journey was prior to receiving my IdealShape order)
The shake tastes great as is and i drink mine with unsweetened almond milk.(a great alternative, non-dairy) I do at times add in some sugar free pudding or fruit for different flavors. I'll be placing my next order very soon!
