I started using Ideal Shape Chocolate MRS's and the Resverashape that comes with the shakes on 04/25/2013. In conjunction with calorie logging on MFP. I have lost 25 lbs in 5 weeks !! And these taste GREAT ! Keep me from wanting to eat for around 3-4 hrs no problem. These even taste okay mixed with water... and that is saying alot. I have NEVER found another MRS that remotely tastes good when mixed with water. And they are healthy!! Not packed full of sugar like other MRS's.Get this, use it as directed,along with a healthy balanced diet, and you won't be sorry!!!!
