I like the flavor of the shake. Sometimes I add fruit, ice and blend it up but mostly follow a workout with this "snack" made with unsweetened almond milk. Definitely makes it a little creamier that way. When dieting it keeps me focused to have this as a planned "meal"

Purchased these shakes based upon online reviews and I have to say I am impressed. The taste is great, i like to make mine with Chocolate Coconut milk makes a thick rich chocolate shake. Yeah it bumps my calorie count to about 200 but I do alot of physical activity so I am not worried about that. My wife uses half coconut milk and half water for a thinner lower cal shake and she loves them as well.
